Tracy’s Story…
My desire to work one on one with clients comes from a deep-rooted value “to be of service” instilled in me by my Mom and Grandmother. Fortified with experience, education and certifications in the “art of organizing”, there is no project too big or small. The Organize by Method® process is a customized and integrated approach designed for the client’s lifestyle and needs. Teaching and transferring this method and mindset ensures you stay organized and heart centered forever.
I was that busy little girl…always industrious, always tidying up around the house. Organizing and born with an intuitive mind of “A place for everything and everything in its place” - would position me in the home as “second in command” to Mom. it was these early experiences in home organization that gave me a great sense of ownership and pride in my family and I think is where my “to be of service” values formed.
By the age of 12, I started making a name for myself - and I would get my first paid job as a home services organizer for my Mom’s friend and our next door neighbor. This job paid me $25 a week. WOW! This kind of work, opened doors into working with my elderly neighbors (at no charge), but was hugely rewarding spiritually and mentally.
Eventually, this innate skill translated into my education and my professional life where I pursued business administration and organizational growth. Excelling in the corporate world, I was a director growing business programs and administration platforms, a founding member in several start-up companies, organizing teams, departments, streamlining processes, overseeing multi-million dollar projects, and project management for new systems and technologies.
Coming full circle in my career today means I am free to help my neighbors in their homes, and pursue working with small business owners ready to organize their business infrastructures.
THEN…
This is me at 3 years old, and and my big brother, Dennis. Even as a little girl, I was always making sure things were neat and tidy - clearing pathways!
NOW…
Here’s me, and my last corporate headshot. I was Sr. Director of the KonMari Method® Consultant Program (2019 to 2022), where I organized and re-designed their consultant program and events business. What I loved most was working with members, and teaching the art of organizing and consulting.
